Customer Reviews
Decent meat, slow delivery
I ordered some lamb chops and beef mince from Jordos. The meat itself was really good, fresh and well-packaged. The delivery, though, took 4 days to reach my place in Belconnen which felt a bit long. Everything arrived cold, just slower than I expected. Customer service was helpful when I asked about the delay.
Got my BBQ pack
So, I decided to try Jordo's for a BBQ pack for a weekend get-together. It showed up right when they said it would, which was good. The sausages and t-bone steaks were pretty decent, everyone liked them. Made the BBQ super easy not having to run to the butcher. Definitely felt like a good call.
Quality beef and good service
My first order from Jordos was a porterhouse steak and some gourmet sausages. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, no issues there. The meat arrived well-chilled and securely packaged. I cooked the steak that night and it was tender and flavorful, much better than what I usually get. The sausages were a hit with the family too. I had a quick question about delivery times before ordering and their customer service responded pretty fast. Overall, a solid experience and I'm planning to try one of their bulk hampers next time.
Detailed feedback on my order
I placed an order for a Slow Cooker Pack and some organic eggs last week. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I received an order confirmation almost immediately. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, and the driver arrived within the specified window. The meat was professionally vacuum-sealed and packed in an insulated box with ice packs, keeping everything perfectly chilled. The beef brisket was excellent for slow cooking, and the eggs were clearly high quality. I had a quick question about storage, and customer service responded to my email within a couple of hours. Very satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish.
Good value on a family pack
I got the family meat pack and it felt like a real steal. The quality was good, way better than the supermarket stuff, and the amount of meat for the price was excellent. I definitely saved some money compared to buying individual cuts.
Quick, fresh meat
Bought some pork belly and beef mince. Delivery was fast, meat was fresh. Good quality overall. Will buy again.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my third time ordering from Jordo's, and once again, they delivered. I got a bulk meat hamper this time, similar to my first order. The scotch fillet and lamb cutlets were just as good as I remember. What I appreciate most is the consistency; the quality of the grass-fed beef and packaging is always reliable. It's why I keep coming back instead of going to other butchers.
Good quality, delivery needs work
I ordered a Family Meat Pack last month. The quality of the grass-fed beef and free-range chicken breast was really impressive, much better than supermarket stuff. Everything was well-packaged and looked fresh. My only issue was with the delivery. It took 4 days to reach me in Turner, and the tracking wasn't very clear. I had to call customer service to confirm the delivery window, which was a minor hassle. Overall, happy with the meat but they could improve their logistics.

Hey, anyone know if Jordo's delivers to outside of Canberra? Like, if I'm in Sydney, can I get a meat pack?
What's the go with their delivery days in Canberra? Do they deliver every day or just certain ones?
Does Jordo's do a first-time customer discount? Looking to try them out for some steaks.
How does Jordo's meat compare to like, Coles or Woolies? Is it really that much better quality?
Are the meat hampers actually a good deal or is it just like buying everything separately? Been eyeing one of those BBQ packs.
just got my first order from jordo's, everything was packed really well. how do they keep it cold during delivery?
Hey, wondering if Jordo's delivers to my place in Sydney? Or is it just Canberra and nearby?
Are Jordos steaks actually grass-fed like they say? Just trying to make sure I'm getting what I pay for.
